Oh no I never intended for anything to sound this way. I really was unsure on how these things worked and it's my fault for making the decision that I did. I thought that since I had paid for materials that I would be able to partially refund him BUT I was wrong. I see how unprofessional I have been and he should have never had to go through this. I have seen that I am in the wrong here and intend to refund him his full amount for all of this.
