People doing free art in situations like these quite irritates me, she drew you an icon, but if she'd, for example, spent the time it took to draw you an icon taken an icon commission and done that, she'd be at least bit closer to refunding you.
Judging from the other Bewares on her, she seems to have done that "icons replacing commission/refund" thing before.
