Heck, I have carpal tunnel and basically had to stop drawing except for some light stuff because of it, but also don't take commissions because I know between the carpal tunnel/damage from it(diagnosed for years with heavy drawing, then a maintenance/hands on job) and a toddler that there's no way I could finish anything in a timely matter. Plus when my carpal tunnel got really bad after I started said job my quality of art went way down, and I can't do the skill level I used to do.
