I didn't say you couldn't keep ALL the money, I said ANY money. This guy has waited 8 months for his piece, and came to AC expecting it only to be let down, so now you're planning to just give a partial refund? Or are you going to give a full refund now?

Even if that's in your TOS it doesn't mean it's okay.
