Don't pass up the chance to dispute something that is rightfully yours. I'm sorry you are dealing with things.
Make sure you get as much evidence as you can. What did they pay for? If they paid for goods, it might make it harder but it doesn't hurt to try. If they paid for services, then you have a much better chance. Screenshot the stuff in their gallery to prove they are using it.
Be polite. I've found Paypal would rather work more with polite clients. (Which is why my husband doesn't handle CS calls.)
