A guy local to me has been waiting well over a year (maybe two?) for even a reference sheet from them, and of course he hasn't heard a peep about the actual suit. Put it this way: my suit was paid for, built and shipped to me all within the time-frame that he was waiting to hear back from them about reference artwork. He had put down his down-payment long before I had even decided on a maker for mine. Needless to say, they've missed two or three of the deadlines he's set, with no apology or anything.

I actually suggested he post here a while back, when he was desperately trying to get them to answer his emails. I doubt he will, but all the same... I'm not terribly surprised that they're pulling this on other people.
