If they're trying to say 30% of my downpayment (which I think is 30%?) is non refundable, they shouldn't be keeping 30% of my total money... they should be keeping 30% of the 30% which would be $238... not $795

So they're offering me something valued a little over 30% of 30%... (something $300+) but refuse to refund me 30% of the total ($795?)


Their TOS is incredibly confusing and I feel like they're trying to use the poor wording to their advantage now...
