Disappointed

You know, this is really disappointing to me. Each month I put a little aside for a fursuit, and this company was one of my most heavily considered. I feel like they had such a unique style that I had to go for it!

Needless to say, I certainly won't be doing business with them at all. I am terribly, terribly sorry Icee, for what has happened. In reading your post, and the many other comments, I have not yet seen any kind of improvement in the way they conduct their business. The lack of communication is terrifying--As a teacher, communication is pretty much key in running a classroom and dealing with parents. The same goes for a business--you have to keep in constant contact with your client, EVEN if it's to say "hey, we've run into some company changes, there may be a delay." It's a lot easier to confess when you're having difficulties than simply ignoring, and I find it hard to believe that your emails got lost. To me, this is so shady. Seems like they ignored you.

Even the public apology made on behalf of the company on here was, quite honestly, abrasive. This is NOT the type of company I'd ever do business with.

Again, I am sorry this happened to you. I'm glad you got a refund, and I certainly cannot wait to see an Andi fursuit should you make one! I know RuffledDesigns has a beautiful style, if you've not yet seen them, although they are not open yet (if I'm even allowed to say this?)
