Ehh... I don't suggest completing ANYTHING with partial information.. however you've done some work. Honestly I suggest sending him what you do have completed, and a refund for the remainder if he doesn't make the attempt to contact you within a month or so. Granted there could be outstanding reasons as to why he is having a hard time communicating.
