Size too! Had a friend that ran into an issue when an artist they commissioned for a jumbo sized badge, did two smaller badges instead, without a word about this alteration to the buyer.

I never get how artists simply can't ask a client how they feel before making a sweeping change like this. I've had artists ask me if they could draw another of my characters, or change style/media, but they've always asked first and explained why they felt the commission would be better done X or Y different way. I'm always happy to work with them on changes in those cases.
