I want to say that SOL (hahaha.. erm. sorry. just seems appropriate for this situation, eh? -_-) can be "bent" in situations where the person-who-owes continues to acknowledge that work is owed (and possibly it may have been "restarted" when she ackowledged it as work owed last year)
