The "mob mentality" comment is really grating, given how many people supported her in the shout out post. Not to mention, several people simply saying the truth / things she doesn't like isn't a "mob." But I digress.

Have you specifically asked her if she could refund in smaller amounts? I expect you'd get the same answer, but it's feasible enough that you might have a chance.
