Hey, Hope this isn't inappropriate. As I wasn't involved at all in the situation that happened. But I've been following it for a few months. Given her previous attitude and comments in this community, I'm pretty sure that she genuinely thinks she hasn't done anything wrong because she's totally going to make good on all the art and refunds she owes at some future point yet to be determined. Maybe.

Gee, who'd have thought that a lengthy track record of treating your customers like dirt would actually have consequences?
