As I commented elsewhere, the needing the money thing was very recent to the situation, the need for it popped up during the last "just a couple more days" stretch of me waiting on them. It's only relevance in the whole thing is that it is why I didn't want to wait on the charge back. I needed the money then and there was no reason they could not give to me then aside from some desire to continue jerking me around. Had that not popped up, I might have just said to hell with them and filed a charge back immediately. But that isn't how it happened.
