Yeah, you'd think the con staff wouldn't want word getting around of people getting scammed there, but apparently that's not the case. Here's the exchange i had with them when I forwarded the complaint to them:

Anthrocon does not involve itself directly in transactions between
Dealerships and other Members. We will make a note of this conduct, however,
as we evaluate future approval of Dealerships.

If desired, we can send the Artists-Beware link to Gideon and let him know
of its existence, if you think that will be of benefit to you in receiving
artwork.
