Details: Iko did an amazing job of keeping in touch throughout the commission process, and her replies to all notes and inquiries were received within hours of being posted, if not sooner. She both updated her Trello account and kept in touch via e-mail and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the commission. She even went so far as to provide two separate versions of the image without being asked to do so. I couldn't be more pleased with her attitude toward her customers or her professionalism in dealing with my commission.
