At this point, they are about 85% complete.
I told the commissioner I would complete them and send them and then they would get the refund. I also told them I would not be bumping their commission to the top, but completing them in the order they would be. Then i would send the refund once they were sold

(Was going to have a buy it now or something for the 30% so I get no additional profit off them)
