Thank you for telling your side of the story. The best thing for you to do is to provide as much proof as you can get your hands on, even the people who where harassing you and talking behind your back. Also, I think it would be best if you took pictures of the crow wings and post them here as well. I know this isn't a critique community, but I and probably others would really like to see if there's any credibility to the claims of poor quality.
