I don't see what he said as rude. He politely told you he'd stop commissioning you (The paying for air thing was odd, but not horrible) and then said to have a nice day. He didn't ask for a refund, heck he sounded like he was going to just give up on it.

You on the other hand mention that you were "going to offer a replacement" then turn around and say "But your attitude was bad"?

That? I'm afraid, I see worse then his reply. He didn't get his item, and I'm sure he's sad. Did you scan it at least? If not, why not? Also, if you want to remain Anonymous about this client, learn how to be so - by not mentioning their gender, nationality, or smearing them via talking about how creepy they are without any sort of proof to back it up. No one needed to hear about that in the first place, so why bring it up if you're trying to keep his name under wraps?

Sorry, but frankly? Your attitude is the one that bugs me.
