I did get a reply from him about it and he said he didn't want a refund. (which I still feel inclined to give him out of sheer guilt over this whole thing) but I will urge him to check his post office again. I think he realized how irritated he made me with that comment. I wouldnt say this is resolved yet untill i can get him to check the post.
