lol, I'm actually confused if your post office actually lets you apply delivery confirmation to first class mail sent internationally, especially when the USPS website explicitly says that delivery confirmation cannot be used on international mail.

The only way you can apply delivery confirmation/tracking to an international package is if you send them either Priority or Express (EMS).
