uhm.. forms/customs don't cost the sender anything. You just fill it out. It's the picking up end of the customs going international that might cost the receivee the cash.



don't forget gas. Luckily I live within walking distance but it used to be a 10 mile drive one way for me back when I lived in the middle of no where.

But yea, still.. 23 bucks is weird. Maybe if this was a paypal transaction she tacked it on via there without saying anything.
