Yes, I agreed to pay $35, but it didn't cost that much to ship. Which is why I asked for a refund. Again, that item (the mermaid) was an old transaction from 2009. I only mentioned it to demonstrate issues I've had in the past with her, especially regarding communication. My current, unresolved issue with this seller is that I'm still missing the COAs and tutorial. Not directing this at you but all the comments I've received so far are about shipping problem and I don't care about that anymore x_x
