Do you think apologizing or "retracting your statements" while continuing to post in your journal about the subject should just erase that you performed a very poor choice of action? Do you think real life works that way? That apologizing removes consequences?

I only speak for myself, not A_B, but what I expect from you is to change your behavior, not do it again and behave professionally. Admit that you were wrong and apologize to the artist you accused. I expect you to stop defending your behavior and just take what comes.
