Art Theft on Adult Paysite

As posted on my FA journal, I received a message on FA from another user who said they found my art on a certain newly-popped up adult paysite. I Googled the page and it looks like the site has pretty much stolen the entire FA.

I think the first post was the best result. If it's "false DMCA'ing" then why is it usually so effective?

Because people don't know you're false DMCA'ing,. they will take your shit down because they don't want to get taken to court. It's better to be on the safe side.

Kinda like crying wolf, if you think about it.

False DMCA'ing can get you in trouble. IIRC
