I wasn't commenting on skill level, I meant the quality based comparatively to other stuff in your gallery.

'That work' as in the fact you rushed it at all then even tagged it as rushed. It came off as a "you're complaining about it so I scrapped this together really fast so you'd leave me alone" drawing. You can tell where you rushed it and where time was taken, at least to me it looks like you started off strong with the upper body then sketched the lower body on and forgot to finish it? The inking doesn't match and as you said the coloring is rushed.

Even when I'm late with work, rushing is never appropriate. Just let the commissioner know you're working on it, give a wip, then do it as quickly and nicely as possible. :>
