DO NOT commission Timitei on FA [udated]

This is an update of this:

http://artists-beware.livejournal.com/517601.html

She came back to FA about two weeks ago, claiming she had NO POSSIBLE way to get internet access for the past 5 months [even though its only been 4 months since her last submission] and she had been giving people shouts and favs that I saw throughout this whole time, so I honestly don't believe it. And even so, she could have found a way to get up with her PAYING customers.

Well, she FINALLY finished it, after I talked to her a few times asking her what was going on.

I basically commented on one of her submissions to get her attention to finish it, it was personal art which she had been posting ONLY personal art in the past two weeks since she came back. So I commented on her newest submission and asked why was she drawing personal art instead of working on commissions. She proceeded to be very rude to me and was coming up with excuses. I told her it was her JOB to do what she was paid for and if she spent all the time that she had been doing personal art[I counted about 6 pieces since shes been back] then she could have gotten it done by now.
The submission we talked on is still there but she has hidden all of our comments and I was not able to get a screencap before so but here it is: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7178207

Well she posted the submission of my commission a little bit later..

Submission: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7178585/
Screenshot in case she deletes it or changes the tags: http://oi43.tinypic.com/2czyrlu.jpg

She even wrote in the TAGS of the submission that it was rushed [in a very rude way]
I pretty much don't even want to use it now, she has left a HORRIBLE taste in my mouth and it makes me extremely weary to ever commission anyone I don't know again.

This artist is extremely unprofessional and I would NOT recommend commissioning them.

What you said was:

also please stop using the wrong gender when referring to me, seriously, just... what

That is very snarky to me, and as though the OP is at fault for not knowing your pronoun. If you identify as male, then please make that CLEAR. Genderfluid is not "Male". And there's no reason to get snippety over being called either. You want to be called a male pronoun? Alright. That's fine. But your extensive profile is misleading and claims you're Genderfluid. So you may want to fix that.

This is a common mistake for those who may be too young to understand themselves or what they identify as - I know, because I've been there. I'm merely explaining it to you, so in the future you don't make the same mistake and alienate those who identify the same as you might. In the end it doesn't matter who calls you what. And it's noones business to begin with, so flashing that you're "male" means little here.

All I see on your second paragraph are lame excuses. Thats it. If you have proof that you've informed the OP about the change in your status, then provide them.

I know that genderfluid is not male. I am not male. That is just my preferred pronoun the vast majority of the time, in order to make things simpler. I seriously don't see why you're making my gender your business. The person who I was TALKING to, Marbles, simply said she wasn't aware and apologized and stopped referring to me as female. that's all that needed to happen. It wasn't a big deal and neither of us considered it to be a big deal.
Also the fact that you're implying I'm too young to understand what I identify as is extremely condescending and uncalled for. I'm not "flashing" that I'm "male". ALL I asked was that she please stop because it was bothering me, and she agreed to stop. There is NO issue here.

"lame excuses"? It's the honest truth. I have no idea how I'd magically post art without a tablet or a computer.
I don't think the OP is denying that I explained to her what had happened when I returned so I don't feel the need to give "proof" of something that everyone already agrees happened.

The discussion of gender is somewhat offtopic for the post so I'd like you both to take it to PMs please!

Also, your tone is a little hostile so please calm down before posting any further responses. Thank you.

Edit: We actually have an advice post regarding how to behave if one ends up on A_B, if you'd care to review it. http://artists-beware.livejournal.com/494658.html

So, why did you make your gender everyone's business in the first place, if it wasn't a big deal? Why even complain about what you were being called when Genderfluid doesn't mean "one or the other specifically"? You're ignoring my main point. You identify as genderfluid, then come in here and ask to be a male pronoun. You shouldn't really care if you understood the term "genderfluid". It isn't a big deal, unless you're making it one.

I was in no way condescending - you're 16. You're young. You are exhibiting immature behavior. I'm not sure what you expect everyone to think at this point.

But we're done, this is off topic and you're just making the situation worse.
