To be honest I still DO want the art, is why I didn't ask more than once for a refund, is also why I didn't want to contact then again, because as stated above, I'm just too damn patient.

I'm not refusing to contact them, I just want my art.

Edit: I just send them a note via FA asking for the completed pieces or a refund with the next reply. I'll see how long it takes for them to reply.
