Thank you! Yes, I would really like him to at least pay the $10 he owes me for the sketch he received. It would be one thing if he did have bills to pay and then paid me after...But to out right say "Oh, I have bills to pay so I can't pay you." and then go and pay someone else $40 for a commission when he only owed me $10. :/
