I'm glad to see she's so serious about her reputation and business, according to her latest journal. What happened to last year when she was in her pleading for people to forgive her and promising she'd work on her bad attitude? I really don't believe personally that she's ever going to be a worthwhile person to commission. She continually has the same sort of stories pop up here and doesn't seem interested in fixing/changing things
