but her journal DID say she'd start on the commission as soon as she received the item. It's also been so long that all but one of the people who were to receive the art are gone.

I just don't get why she would rather do '100 dollars' worth of art instead of refunding me -only- the cost of the dino, 15 bucks for a 20 dollar figure seemed reasonable to me.
