Yes, I was feeling better with all the support from AB and other sites I got today when I posted, and then I got her reply and sort of started almost feeling bad again... and I don't even know why. It's the way she writes her reply as if the world is against her. We're NOT!

More excuses and the same stuff. I shouldn't feel bad for worrying about my money and for being given broken promises.

At least I DID get a reply FINALLY - let's see how long it takes to actually get the PIECE though now.
