I've also experienced bad communication from her. Some time ago I bought a bust of my character from her, when she was still offering them for like $20 each. The thing is she never sent it to me, and the only reason I found out she'd actually completed the piece was because I follow her on tumblr and the piece popped up on my dash. My tumblr name is very different from my e-mail address though and I don't think she knew I was following her because I originally contacted her from deviantArt. So... yeah, it's a minor thing but I think failure to send the finished artwork tells a bit about bad communication skills.

I also contacted her later for another piece but she never replied me back, and then the "sorry for delays" journals and tumblr posts began happening and now I actually consider myself lucky.
