Also, the edited version of the post naming [livejournal.com profile] lordkaosu along with his side of the story.

I will not be adding any beware tags unless one side or another provides some screenshots of the transaction.

ETA: Considering the OP's identity has been confirmed along with their attempt to lie about the situation, I've removed the tag for lordkaosu and added a 'beware' against sweetnightmare.

Must we forget she re-listed the suit after she had supposedly sent it out? 9w9

Yes, she relisted the suit, because the arrangement that she had made with Lordkaosu was that when he recieved it, which he obviously did, and then denied, he was to send it back, because he never resent payment. then, when the suit was sent back to her, she was to send it to the new buyer, but He denied recieving the suit, and so she refunded the second buyer.

Why in god's green earth would she re-list a suit she did NOT have possession of? That is not only a HUGE red-flag, but a HUGE mistake.

Though we already covered that your wife isn't the most trustworthy of people. So i'm gonna stop here before I bust a vein. Good luck, and have fun.

Now, I'm not going to go into the jab at my wife's honesty, but she did re-list her suit, no it was not directly in her possession, but to this day, it is still her property because it was never paid for. She re-listed it on suggestion from Lordkaosu, obviously a bad idea in hindsight, but at the time he was not so untrustworthy. He informed her that she would have it before the second auction had ended.
