WHAT: I was interested in a 135$ full detailed commission. I wanted to pay half because I didn't have the full amount at the time and she accepted.





WHEN: Made first half of payment once the commission was accepted Jan 16th 2012.




PROOF: The screen-cap above of my payment is unfortunately the only proof I have that hasn't since been deleted by her.




EXPLAIN: I paid for this commission excitedly. I assumed if I still had 60$ waiting for her at the end of it she would be more likely to finish. Around Sptember-October I had left her a shout on her FA page saying I wasnt interested in paying any more since it had taken so long and asked for a reduced quality commission for the 67.50$ I had paid rather than a detailed piece. She was fine with it. Though she gave no apology for lack of updates for months on end and no WIP photos. She told me she had started it and had sketched it multiple times and started over. (Lies). She had been accepting more and more commissions all the way up to December with no update on mine. I let it be and didnt really think about it until recently. I had read her journals about living issues and figured she was more active. So I left a shout on her FA account once more now that its been months since the last time I contacted her.


I also contacted her on her on her DA, Tumblr and through email all with no response.

Welp... make another notch on that "AB" belt for Cashoo. I am not surprised anymore, and I sincerely hope she does get to your image. I'd keep trying, and continue to contact her as often as possible.

I really, don't even want the piece anymore. the charcter I wanted is no longer mine and I don't really want a piece that will just remind me of the trouble. I just want the money back so it can go towards better things.

Honestly, even though it's past the 45 day appeal mark, I would try to contact Paypal. This person, at this point, has stolen your money and apparently has no intention on delivering the product.

You should consider filing a trouble ticket with Bazeel on FA. He's helped other people in situations like yours.

Haha, I'd say yes. Most definitely, I would post about her if you've been waiting for 6+ months, which it sounds as though you have.

Alright, after the 3/4/5th bewares I've been holding off on it and messaging her through that but it seems she's gone back to ignoring me as well as others. :(

I'm not even surprised she's back on here anymore. I saw on her tumblr she had internet and a new system and in my head I knew that it was all ballyhoo. At this rate I hope you get your money back and she finally stops taking funds and running off with it.

I'm glad to see you posted here... I do hope you can get your money back, but unfortunately it's highly unlikely to happen. Instead, if she by some miracle decides her customers are actually important and starts communicating with us/them again, you can try asking her to draw a different character?

I'm still waiting for the day when I can close my own case/post about her here on AB, but it'll probably be a looooong time.

She's still using her FA account to fave stuff, last fave is only 2 days old. But yeah, this is her fourth entry here in A_B, the previous being for $285, which is still unresolved.
Clearly customers should run, not walk, away from this artist and her shady practices.

She's been far too... "generous" ... with her freebie offerings. She offered me a full body colored freebie as compensation for taking so long with my commissions, but she hasn't even finished the last of my commissions so I'm not keeping my hopes up for the freebie. :/

You should give her a poke... sure, it may be "just" a freebie, but it's still something she promised to do.

It's clearly stated that we retain both artist and customer's privacy to NOT have their personal information in bewares if they do not make it public.

The artist in your post did not display their email publicly, and so we require that information to be blurred out for their protection.

Protecting a person's privacy is not throwing a fit.

I'm also waiting on a piece from her that was commissioned on November 11th of 2011 for $150. I sent her a note on Feb 16th to check in with her. It was read but not responded to.

Hrm. I'm really hoping she pulls through. I adore her work and would hate to be disappointed with this :C

I second this! That reply is the perfect example of how she "handles" things.... typing up walls of sob. It was a wall of sob not unlike this that made me cancel my paypal claims against her, and now I can do nothing. I really hope people will stop buying into her sob stories.

That reply to you is some of the most asinine, horrifyingly manipulative stuff I've seen in a long time. Her problems are not YOUR problems. If she cannot show you progress, then she hasn't any proof she started the commission.

I would pursue it through your bank, or paypal, and call them to explain the situation. This is just really really horrid.

FA Admin Bazeel has banned Pirate-Cashoo on FA.

He attempted to contact her and work out an amicable solution, but she did not do what she was asked, and did not respond after a series of communication. She was given more than enough time (over a month actually!) to comply with what she was asked to do, and refused to do so.

She is welcome back on FA after she has had significant progress in finishing artwork, NOT taken on a bunch more to make up for it, and has a public queue.

I'm posting this on her related unresolved posts in case word isn't out about her ban and it's contingency.
