A user (I'll keep them unnamed for now) is claiming I owe them a commission. They refused to post a note or paypal screencap of said transaction and ended up turning to insults.

Even after asking multiple times for a paypal screencap, he refuses. He said I accepted the commission via DeviantART, and provided a username which is not mine. He keeps insisting it is me, and refuses to provide a screenshot and keeps threatening me with AB and reporting on FA. I keep asking for screencap, yet he refuses. For reference my dA account is under the username 'eatdicks' and I do not owe any commissions on it at all. I have also only owned one paypal, which I got when I joined FA, and I can have people back this up as well due to repeat commissions who had commissioned me back then. As of now he said he is noting me, but yet I have nothing.

I'm afraid to block him and have him go to the FA mods as they aren't really the best as looking in to things, and I don't want to be branded as a scammer because they didn't look in to it.

In all honesty he just seems like the kind of guy to not stop, no matter what, and I'm really tempted to just send him money, if it's just a small amount, to get him off my back.

What should I do?

EDIT - He has yet to note me, and posted rude comments on my ID. I have opened a TT for harassment.

I opened a TT because he started leaving comments on my ID, and I had noted bazeel because I have seen them here, and asked for advice. But it's not even been looked at yet.

I unfortunately don't have any experience with FA mods, so don't know response times. Just hang in there :)

It says on Bazeel's profile, and has been mentioned here before, that he does not respond to notes on issues that should be covered in a TT.

I just asked for advice on what to do. Not for them to handle the situation.

'Neer had told me before it was okay to note mods for question like that. Guess he was wrong?

No offense meant in this statement to any party, but 'Neer has said things before that later became null due to new rules about admins/TTs/etc.

I would really recommend blocking him and then forgetting about him. The admins will come to you in order to clear things up if they need to. If he won't provide you with a screencap, he's not going to provide them with one either.

You CAN note a mod for a question like that, but whether or not a moderator who gets 20+ notes a day from strangers asking about various site will actually respond to your query....that's the real question.

Bazeel is a full time student in the medical field, so his activity on FA is minimal, which is why he has a pretty strong 'no notes' policy, even for advice.

You put in a TT and blocked, correct? After that, it's just a waiting game for when a mod picks up the ticket, unfortunately :/

former-FA Mod here! I hope someone gets to it soon, but until then, just forget the guy IMO

I havent blocked him as he said he'd send me proof through note, plus he keeps threatening me, he's actions seem to have calmed down. (Two nasty comments versus a whole bunch) so I won't unless he starts up again. I'd rather not have him create multiple accounts to harass me.

If he does block evade, that's an instant temporary suspension on FA, for what it's worth.

If you really think it's worth it to see if he has any proof, that's your prerogative, but since he hasn't been anything but aggressive, I wouldn't give him the chance to harass me further, were I in the same place.
