No one here has called her a scammer insofar as the comments show. AFAIK I read xubunturamble's "no excuses" comment as something on the lines of "you don't need to go into detail about what's gone wrong on your side, just say what's happened and apologise/do what's relevant to fix the situation", which is entirely all that's needed.

I understand that she's your friend and you want to stand up for her, but your comment would go down better if you were politer.
