I did not ignore her about the icons. As soon as she sent me an email confronting me, and letting me know how much it bothered her, I instantaneously felt horrible and apologized, and eventually removed my icon even though she allowed it to stay up.
There was no "ignoring" on that part. There was no intentional ignoring on any part. I frequent check my messages and forget I even had them.
Like I said, I've already apologized, and I'll do it again, I'm sorry. But there's really nothing more that I can do at this point, as much as I wish there was.
