My biggest thing is the 16 year old part, it's technically illegal to enter into a business contract with a minor and if they back out and take their money you are pretty screwed. I tend to recommend keeping business with those 18 and older and if someone under 18 wants work they need to have a parent/legal guardian to the monetary/buisness actions.
