EXPLAIN: Artist has completed the image with a major error in the character, then, after I contacted her, in March said she will fix it and ship to me.
No further emails were replied to.
On FA, she replied to one of my notes in August, stating that she has fixed the image and will ship it to me, but she didn't, nor did she respond to any further notes, even though they were read.
Latest attempt to contact her was several days ago, and this time, the note was ignored completely, despite account activity (posted YCH auction) yesterday.

Just got the artist email me with:
okay I know it's been a while. I lost the original picture during moving things around. Finally I was able find it again, partially cause you poked me with your last note. So here it is. Freshly scanned.
Bows ard not in, but the collar is, and I couldn't really care too much about bows at this point. Let's see when will I get the picture.
