EXPLAIN: Artist has completed the image with a major error in the character, then, after I contacted her, in March said she will fix it and ship to me.

No further emails were replied to.

On FA, she replied to one of my notes in August, stating that she has fixed the image and will ship it to me, but she didn't, nor did she respond to any further notes, even though they were read.

Latest attempt to contact her was several days ago, and this time, the note was ignored completely, despite account activity (posted YCH auction) yesterday.

Just got the artist email me with:
okay I know it's been a while. I lost the original picture during moving things around. Finally I was able find it again, partially cause you poked me with your last note. So here it is. Freshly scanned.

Bows ard not in, but the collar is, and I couldn't really care too much about bows at this point. Let's see when will I get the picture.

This is so strange, she is (at least WAS) pretty responsible with art trades, and I thought she was a freelancer and she earned her living working at home and drawing furry art. I would really like to see an example of your commission here, to see what is wrong. Did you discuss a sketch with her?

Yes.

On the sketch, the details were not able to be seen that well, but when she posted the finished piece, there were specific character details missing which I have clearly stated everywhere on my references as extremely important -- and as you can see, I even told her that bows are not that critical (even though I also go as "Red Bow Ottah"), but the collar is because of the relationship it signifies.

And she agreed to fix both (and later stated that she did) without any issues. So I've no idea what went wrong.

But I tried to get a response from her for several months, and just was not getting any.

I like the quality of this picture (lines, watercolor effects and such), but I won't be satisfied (if I were a commissioner) because your otter character looks like a lioness, and a hyena man looks like a wolf or a dog. Also... I know it's furry pron, but this penis looks very damn huge. xD
It's very difficult to fix traditional art. In such case, I can only add something in digital, or to completely redraw a picture, which will take more time. Or to offer a partial refund.
