UPDATE STELLARY

Commission related stuff has been moved to http://www.furaffinity.net/journals/inkyfox/ and the Stellary account is now used for personal stuff.

Personal art is being posted, words are being written in journals (seems cubital tunnel is a problem for them now...), list of owed money and pictures has been done and posted in journal, and some commissions have been taken.

I would like to ask if anyone knows if any progress has been made by this person on the refund/draw old commissions front?

As far as I know, nothing has been done so far, except words. I have yet to see even one cent of the money they still owe me...

Thank you.

I have not seen anything from her that is not personal.

I actually don't understand why he was unbanned in the first place because despite being given a second chance he has made absolutely no progress on refunds or old commissions. In fact, all i've seen him do is personal art and then take on MORE commissions/ychs. He recently gave the excuse of his wrist/hand having issues but despite that he managed to draw and upload personal art today. He could have made a start on someone's commission in the time he did that personal art piece.

I'm not sure what I have, but some days I get pain all the way up to my shoulder and it can make art really hard, but... my clients still take priority? It's one thing to just take a day off and rest, there shouldn't be anything wrong with that, but it's entirely different when it's being wielded as an excuse not to do work while still producing personal works.

I don't think anyone would criticize him for having cubital tunnel and taking breaks to manage his condition. For me, at least, it's the fact that he's using it as a reason not to complete his owed work while still drawing personal works for himself. That doesn't sit right with me; why should one form of art be put on hold because of a medical condition while still being prolific with another?

Eh, he might be using it as an excuse, but I'm sort of side-eyeing all of the "well I can work through the pain" comments. Some folks can work through it, some can't. Given this user's past history, it doesn't look good, but imo, no one can really judge someone else's pain or disorders.

I've had days where my tardive dyskinesia makes it so I don't have enough hand control to pick up a plastic cup, let alone a pen. I don't think anyone should be faulted if they actually can't work, although if it's a chronic condition that is exacerbated by working, commissions are probably not the best career choice.

I think whether or not he can or can't work through the pain is irrelevant. If he can't do it, he needs to refund people or stop taking commissions. If he can't refund people because he's spent the money already, he needs to work through it or talk with his clients about reaching a resolution.

ETA: this was supposed to be a reply, oops

She is taking new commissions on another website now.
