Also, the edited version of the post naming [livejournal.com profile] lordkaosu along with his side of the story.

I will not be adding any beware tags unless one side or another provides some screenshots of the transaction.

ETA: Considering the OP's identity has been confirmed along with their attempt to lie about the situation, I've removed the tag for lordkaosu and added a 'beware' against sweetnightmare.

Kinda like what SweetNightmare did to me.. I paid for a suit that was ALREADY MADE.. waited 20 days (people told me to wait no longer than 40 before trying to get my money back) she claimed it was shipped on two different occasions and it never was, wouldn't send it to me when I had a claim open.. barely talked to me that entire week but once I mentioned CLAIM she responded, needless to say tonight I decided to search LiveJournal to see if she was on Artist Beware and wow I'm kinda surprised she was.. people told me to put her on Artist Beware for what she did to me for 20 days but I decided not to but.. defiantly BEWARE..

Edit: I never got the suit, YES she told me she sent it, when I told her I put a claim out she told me to lift it or she wouldn't send it (which I THOUGHT it was already sent ._.) and I refused to lift it because I didn't want to risk loosing my money, so I refused and she refunded me.

Please post a beware regardless. She needs to be exposed. Now that FA admins and A_B are in a business partnership, maybe we can send the message to remove her from her source of illegitimate income, permanently.

Yes, please post a beware.

She did not send it out because she had been burned before. You refused to drop the claim so understandably she would not have sent it out, because the funds were on hold. However, you still got your suit refund, and she offered you a FREE fursuit head, which you denied. A beware would not be warranted in this case. We have all of this documented.

You are a not a moderator. Please do not instruct our users as to what would be warranted or not.

Yes. It would be warranted, we would most likely accept a beware like this as it is incredibly valid. 20 day wait on a paid-for product? You bet that's well warranted. You think a refund and offer of a free head somehow negates a 20 day waiting period and bad business ethics?

You've been asked before, compile your own beware and post it here with all this documented evidence you claim to have.

only reason i was offered the head was so I wouldnt post her on ab, which i think thats bribery

You did right, once you cancel a claim you can not reopen one, and then you would have had no recourse if she still didn't send the suit.
