EXPLAIN: Item arrived in the mail damaged and missing the feet, I immediately took photos of the damage, and of the box/ shipping material. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/13749919/ http://www.furaffinity.net/view/13749944/ http://www.furaffinity.net/view/13750022/ . I then Noted the seller and asked for a refund, that was refused. http://i157.photobucket.com/albums/t41/twizler_skunk/NewBitmapImage10_zpse81cae28.png Stating is my fault. I have talked to Paypal and they will refund me once i ship the item back, But im still going to be out what ever it cost to ship back. The fa link basically tell it all.

*Update*
Paypal has issued a refund. Issue resolved.. lesson learned.

I'm wondering if she actually believes what she is saying about the mask. Does she really, deep down, think he damaged it taking it out of the box?

I think she just thinks that once it's out of her hands it isn't her responsibility any more.

Someone was saying up and down the other day that her listing it "as is" gives her a get out of jail free card on the damage.

Yeah I saw that, too. That would've been all well and good if the beak had already been broken and HotCoffee had said so. But "as-is" doesn't cover damage done after the transaction. That seems like common sense to me.

still. i can't help but wonder, surely, if she truly believes what she is saying.
