A day or so after I posted this I set a deadline to mail the badge so I would get it before April 17th.
I recieved zero response...
Is there anything at all I can even do? :/

Post the artist's name, ruin their reputation, and provide some consequences for their unprofessional actions. But I doubt there's anything you can do to actually get your art.

Although it seems from your first post that their reputation is already mud around here, so there really isn't anything useful to do I can think of.

Really sorry this happened to you Rensis... I know $20 isn't a huge amount, but any amount of money lost to unreliable folks is disappointing.
BTW, WalMart does VERY cheap prints, especially on smaller stuff. Their quality isn't the best, but for a badge, I think it would be sufficient.

See if you can contact the artist through one of his friends. That's the only way I can think of right now that has a shot at working.

koo. Email me the file for the badge you never got and also incluse whatr character you'd want me to do, a written desc and/or some reference pictures and at least 2 colors for the name.
