Best of luck, OP. uwu I'm not sure having her askbox off is deliberate, though - I think when you create an account on Tumblr, receiving questions is automatically marked as 'off' and you have to turn them 'on' yourself. She could just have a new-ish account/not know how (or that she has to) do that, but if she's answered questions before and then turned them off then that's a different story.
