in order to prevent these issues from happening, i offer sketch confirms and further confirms apon request (lineart/solid color), and if things require fixing, i do so and then send again to make sure it is according to the commissioners wishes. because i do not give refunds easily, i do my utmost to make sure my commissioners are please with what they paid for.
