I'm glad to see you posted here... I do hope you can get your money back, but unfortunately it's highly unlikely to happen. Instead, if she by some miracle decides her customers are actually important and starts communicating with us/them again, you can try asking her to draw a different character?

I'm still waiting for the day when I can close my own case/post about her here on AB, but it'll probably be a looooong time.
