Thanks ^^; I hesitated for a while because I feel like I share some of the blame in this situation for letting it go so long. But in the end you're right - there's always a new sob story, and at this point there's no indication she actually intends on finishing these.
I am going to try and contact Paypal tomorrow and see what happens.
