Yeah, lessons learned: Don't commission minors, background check the artist, be more patient.
If I had been kept in the loop things would have been better, but they never post any personal journals, never replied to a few of my notes, etc. They also never informed me or posted a journal that they had put their commissions on hold, which I found out LATER when looking for evidence and checking their Commissions journal.
I doubt they told any of their other commissioners that, either. They don't have a list posted or anything but I assume there are more we don't know about.
